Our practice is overseen by Ms. Samadhi Gajaweera, an expert in conveyancing and real estate law with over twenty years of experience.  Ms. Gajaweera has extensive expertise in advising clients on a variety of transactions including domestic land transfers and other land related documentation including deeds of gift, declarations, rectifications, sale and purchase agreements, leases, licenses, mortgages, caveats and wills.
