With extensive experience in handling domestic and cross-border transactions, our mergers and acquisitions lawyers work as an integrated team to provide expertise across all of the major aspects of a transaction including corporate and securities regulation, real estate, labor, intellectual property and so on. Our expertise extends to private equity and venture capital transactions, public takeovers and mergers and amalgamations. In handling such transactions, we routinely conduct due diligence audits on targets, prepare and negotiate transactional documentation, advise clients on local securities, corporate and foreign investment laws as well as liaise with regulators, where necessary.
