The Firm assists and advises clients on all aspects of labor law – including terminations, employee remuneration and benefits (including statutory contribution obligations relating, for example, to EPF and ETF), workmen’s compensation, collective agreements and all other matters relating to human resource management. Our team also specializes in the drafting of employee-related documentation (including employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements and customized ESOP plans).

Supported by Ms. Shyamali Ranaraja, an Attorney-at-Law and specialist in the practice of employment and labour law with over twenty-five years of experience, the Firm also handles and facilitates domestic inquiries and the representation of clients in industrial disputes.
